  Hotel has good location, 5 min from metro. It is also close to Termini train station to reach easy Fiumicino airport. Room was clean, but small. The staff of hotel is friendly.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. We lived in a double room, the room is spacious... vad folk säger » . There is even a hallway to the bathroom. The bathroom has a large window :) Hair Dryer as is. The lighting is good everywhere. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative abou

  The hotel was convenient for public transport. It has been refurbished recently and was clean with pleasant furnishings and good bathrooms. The hotel is ideal for a city break and good value for money. - this was an excellent hotel .the location is good being only ten minutes walk from the main railway station and a few more minutes to the main sites .the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful .this hotel had 24 hour reception in the main building and I always felt safe in the area .

  Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... vad folk säger » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

  The location was very good, very near the colosseum. The staff was friendly and took care of us. The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one - I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess 3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.
