Everything was perfect for us. The room (triple) was quite big, nicely decorated and with comfortable beds. Room super clean. Tv and air conditioning ok. Sound-proof windows are
important, because the street where the hotel B&B is located is
very busy. Breakfast is self-service, and the cornettos where great.
But the best of this place is the location, which is just 3 blocks
from the Vatican Museums, and 5 blocks from Ottaviano Metro Station
and Castel Sant'Angelo. You can walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon
in just 20 min, and you can take a bus at Piazza di Risorgimento to go
to Trastevere by ni

I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian
side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is
incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the
excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location
was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It
is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding
streets! I will defiantly be back!

Fantastic location, a minute from Vatican City and a reasonable walk from the other main attractions. Very clean, great staff, good sized rooms. Clean, Professionalism and politeness. The staff has helped us to make a reservation to Museums which was mandatory before you visit them. It was the best place to return to after a very tiring day walking all around the Rome. Last but not least it was located in a very nice and safe place. I would easily select it again on a next trip in Rome.

The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. Although we were asked to check out at 10 a.m., when we requested an extension of time, he gave us another room where we could wash and get ready to go to the airport when we returned back to the hotel at around 10 a.m. -

The B&B location is easy to find and only a short walk from Ottoviano metro station (Line A).
Georgio was very polite and helpful with places to visit, walking routes, and restaurants.
Most landmarks are an easy walking distance (within 5-15 mins) and restaurants are on the same street.
The room was a good size, clean, and more than adequate if you are only using your room as somewhere to sleep and freshen up.
I would stay here again.

The owner of this B&B accom. is excellent person, always ready to help you with whatever problem you may encounter during your stay. The rest of the limited personnel has however less than basic knowledge of english, but during our stay, we did not need anything to ask for, as everything was ready at the time of our arrival and precisely explained as well.
