  I've never come across such a friendly proprietor as Valerio. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact he speaks English and keeps in touch by email was also fantastic. Location was good as it allowed access to most of the tourist sites by bus or foot. Definitely recommend it. Grazie Valerio!

  Our stay was very pleasant. Service is very good, the hotel is ideally located (everything is at walking distance), the room in courtyard is very quiet and the service unflawed. Given the special promotion we obtained, this hotel was fantastic. Still at a normal rate, this hotel should be warmly recommended (in comparison to many others in Roma whi... vad folk säger » ch are by far more expensive but far older and less sympathic). - This was our first stay at the Diplomatic - we arrived at Ciampino Airport at 8.20pm and used the Cottrall bus to take us the Aanagnina metro stantion. From the station at Lepante we walked 15 mins to our Hotel.We found our room very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room was very pleasant as were the staff and we enjoyed the food available. Service was excellent.

  I travelled to Rome with my mum, neither of us having visited before. I did a lot of searching on the internet before deciding on the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites as our accommodation of choice. We were both delighted with this beautiful 'home'. It was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay. Unique and full of character we immediately felt it... vad folk säger » was 'our house' in the middle of the street. Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. When we return to Rome this is the only place that - Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There is also a lovely central garden terrace area that all guests are able to use. The absolute best thing though is the location, just 200m from Piazza Navona and five minutes walk from the Pantheon.   The care taken for our comfort. The special larger room. Smoking on the pavement was a bit awkward but gave us a chance to feel the neighborhood in action.   The room and toilet are clean, just exactly what we need on our stay. The apartment building is in the middle of the local area in Rome and centrally located to all the tourist attractions. The host is also very nice and helpful.
