  Feel like I made an informed decision based on the reviews I read. Sure, the room and shower were quite small but I was experiencing travel like the Europeans do. I have stayed in smaller rooms. The one older lady obviously did not want to be bothered , "No parlez ingles!" We got along fine when we settled on Spanish as a co - A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given daily. Opposite to what I have read about this place, it was not nois

  Bar downstairs, friendly staff, nice restaurant on the opposite side of the street, perfect location (this part of Termini area is more safe and nice then rest of it), worth money you pay for it. - The staff and the fellow hostelers were awesome!   Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  Excellent location - in Trastevere which is great for restaurants and bars in the evening. Also on the quieter side of Trastevere so you are not too much in the tourist throng but only 2 minute walk away from it all. Easy to reach the historic centre on foot over the river (8-10 minute walk). Luigi, the manager, was really good - had great English... vad folk säger » and was very helpful. The room was clean, airy and the bathroom small but perfectly formed. Tea and coffee facilities in the main reception/lounge ar - Great value for money. No laundry service but Fabrizio offered to take laundry to a serviced place around the corner. 15 mins to Pantheon and loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast not included in rate but kettle was available in small kitchen so we could make tea. Room a good size with a day bed so we could have both cases open a t the same time.

  Apartment is good. And kitchen facility is good as well. Some previous customers even left food stuff such as oil, salt and coffee for Moka. Save ur money to buy. Of course, we left some food stuff as well. And the tub is huge. Had very nice bathing.
