I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. And once you figure out how to walk two supermarkets are closeby (Coop and Punto) I liked it so m

1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet.
2) The room was quite nice. There is a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom.
3) The location is really good. Very close to Rialto bridge, few minutes away from the Piazza di San Marco.

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. There is also a fruits market downstair

The staff were very attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

1. Apartment is very nice, charming and comfortable.
2. Great location, Gate to the building is just a few meters from a pretty little canal, and bedroom window overlooks the canal (though view isn't great).
3. Owner is very nice -- charming and welcoming. Left fruit for us, and some mineral water in the fridge. Gave the kids a present before we left, a yummy chocolate hazelnut pastry.

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

B&B Santa Sofia was so close to the Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop, so you could always find it again! I had a large room that had a queen and 2 single beds, but I only paid for a single room. It was clean
