The location is superb on a very quiet street in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps with all its wonderful eating places. The hotel has been exquisitely and tastefully decorated and the rooms, though small, hold every comfort. The rooftop terrace was a special favourite for sunsets. Superb breakfast. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very good location, near Cavour metro station. Hotel staff was very helpful in several situations. Coffee and croissant at breakfast were excellent. Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that!

nearly everything - The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Good location, all monuments within a walking distance (with an exception for Vatican). Near Termini station. Very nice restaurant on the other side of the street (sometimes they have life music - good to have a room with street view;). You can feel Rome spirit in this hotel.
