The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  perfect! - Good value for the money. Great breakfast. Fairly quiet, yet just a quick bus ride away from train station. Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. Especially the co-owner Valeria who went out of her way to secure my luggage from another hotel for me while I was away and got them delivered to Bourbon.   We had a most enjoyable stay at the Seven Kings Relais. From the moment of our arrival the staff at the hotel were very helpful and interested in making sure we got the most from our time in Rome. The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Recommended! - The 7 Kings Relais is what it promises on the internet. We can comfortably say taht it is better than what it promıses in terms of location and the friendly and helpful approaches of the hotel staff.
