  Clean and spacious room. Very quiet and very close to Termini station with easy access to trains. Friendly staff. Good price. - Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is a free good wi-fi service available 24/7 in all rooms.

  Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... vad folk säger » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

Bra tillgång till internet. - The Reception staff were very Welcoming on arrival and informed us of all the necessary information and were contactable anytime. We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and if we was to return to Rome would stay here again - Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and staff. Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other. Walking distance to Termini Station, the metro stops, and to Coliseum. Desk staff was very helpful via emails before our arrival and during the stay.

  Three reason I like this hotel because the rate, location and facilities are excellent and clean. Only one block from the termini station easy to travel to any locations you want to visit. Free internet access and don't forget your all in one adapter.   The room was clean, had a haridryer, beds ok. Personall was nice. Lots of restaurants in the are. The area was safe due to lots of government department and a police station.   Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. All in all- great hotel for a reasonable price. - The hotel is really smart, and not only in the name :) Everything is built to make your stay comfortable: good soundproof windows to sleep well, personal airco and wifi (individual hotspot per room!), very good equiped bathroom, comfy bed! Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.
