  As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. Our room was fantastic (we booked the double room with an externa... vad folk säger » l bathroom). It was big and comfortable and we even had a minifridge. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. The room was large, even with a queen and two twins in it, it wor... vad folk säger » ked out fine. The beds were comfortable. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

  This bed&breakfast is well located within walking distance to Termini (main railway station) and very good (direct) connections to E.G. the Vatican. The place offers very clean rooms which are made every day and it looks like it was renovated not long ago as our room and the bathroom were really clean. The owner and the lady who let us in and brought our breakfast everyday were really help - Renato is superb!!he introduced us bus routine to some sightseeing spots(which is less crowded than metro). he also introduced us good restaurants and the tailor-made breakfast was delivered to room on time everyday.. the location is not the best but is convenient enough and quiet neighbour. comfortable and spacious room with great design..i felt like home in Rome! Renato made me feel like host day in a hime stay..will definitely recommend to my fdz!!
