  Everything was great - very nice and helpul staff - design of rooms (8) and whole hotel, location - you can walk to everything because this hotel is situated in the middle of Rome, just 10 steps to Via del Corso, 2 minutes to Piazza Venezia, 2 minutes to Pantheon, 2 minutes to Fontana di Trevi, 5 minutes to Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to Colosseo, 1... vad folk säger » 2 minutes to Spanish steps. Via del Corso is perfect for shopping from Piazza Venezia up to Piazza Popolo - you can walk whole street for shopping and - Perfect location for seeing all the relevant sights. A few mins from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colloseum. Only a 15 min walk to The Vatican. The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. They made us feel like we were family and could not do enough for us.   Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... vad folk säger » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  Very good location right in the center close to the main city attractions and boutiques. We lived in a double room facing the yard with a nice balcony. It was very calm, cosy and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Trevi fountain is very close to the hotel, as well as several historic churches and other magnificent monuments.   They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.
