The hotel is a perfect base for discovering Bergamo both Citta Alta and Bassa. The hotel is right in the heart of Citta Alta, the historical centre of Bergamo, which really is the best place to stay when visiting Bergamo. Leaving the hotel you are right in the middle of things - just a few minutes walk from Piazza Vecchia. Being just a few metres from the funnicular, you are also perfectly situated to return to the present and visit the modern centre of Bergamo - in Citta Bassa.
