  The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We were a five-minute walk to the Metro which made it convenient for us to get to with all our luggage. The decor was very rustic and the furniture was dark - We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

  Rome is expensive & as we were only there for 2 nights this seemed like a good value option. Location was good with bus & metro routes nearby but we walked everywhere. Paolo texted, emailed and called to ensure he would be there on our arrival even though I had said we would be there for around 6pm and we didn't arrive til 8.20 (we travell... vad folk säger » ed from Garda). He was very helpful and good humoured. We had the larger room (in the photo) myself, husband, 2 kids (9 & 6). Comfortable, aircon, - Kevin who greeted us was super friendly and helpfull. Met Paolo too, the owner who was nice. Cadorna is like a home away from home with accessible kitchen 24 hours with a well stocked pantry. There was yoghurt, milk, juice, bread, coffee machine, cereals, biscuits and fresh brioche in the morning. As i was travelling with my 10 month old son we could use the kitchen facilities anytime to prepare his food. The wifi was super fast and uninterrupted during my stay which is a plus point.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host.   This hotel costs about half what a comparable room in nearby hotels cost. The difference is that there is no full-time desk clerk in a lobby here. The manager meets you to give you the keys and make sure you're properly settled in, then you're on your own (with his cell number to call if there are any problems--which there were not, during our sta... vad folk säger » y). The room was spacious (by European standards), the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. I have no complaints. - Camere Corona was perfectly situated to see all the beautiful places in the centre of Rome. Marco was extremely friendly, organised transport from the airport which was wonderful as our plane was delayed and arrived very late. He gave us all the information and map of Rome that we needed to see and enjoy our stay.

The room is really small (we had standard double) so it suits for those who are looking for a good bed in the end of a long day spent in beautiful Rome.
