  The location is really good and also safe with 3 layers of doors and a 24hr reception. It’s my first time live in a youth hotel and the services they provided made me feel like home, especially the map, luggage service and the smile of Barbara. Credit card is acceptable for room payments, but city tax and key assurance money(return when check out) have to pay by cash. The breakfast pro - The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. A little intimidating at first glance from the outside, but surprisingly wellrenovated on the inside.We stayed in a familyroom with bathroom, simple and clean.   I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The hostel is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Termini train station where also buses from airports stop.
