I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. And once you figure out how to walk two supermarkets are closeby (Coop and Punto) I liked it so m

1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet.
2) The room was quite nice. There is a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom.
3) The location is really good. Very close to Rialto bridge, few minutes away from the Piazza di San Marco.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was raining and they had umbrellas for us to use. It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. The breakfast is a cut above the standard European fare and the location can't be beat.

It also was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. - Great location. Room was fantastic, smart decor, lovely and clean, bathroom fantastic!! Pleasantly surprised!!

The location is amazing and all seights are within a short walking
distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no
reception. You ring the bell and sign in in the upper communal area. Our
friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not
allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like
animals. This one didnt mind and everyone was allowed to join the
communal area. We were even allowed to stay longer when we runned late

Location was excellent . Our room had a canal view which was unique. Noisy if windows open but new windows shut out the noise. Very clean and looked like the picture. Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge.
Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in
Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no
issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the
room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at
night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more
than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy
back
