We arrived in the wrong place (San Luca Hotel)....but the owner called and the person from San Luca BB came to meet us and escort us to the B&B (really kind and above the level of what is required). Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.

The room was splendid and very nice furnished. We felt like two royalties. Our host was friendly and nice, she spoke English and explained us easily how to get to the main points.The hotel was near to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. - Very nice and cosy small hotel in Venezian style, small but very nice room and bathroom. The location is superb. Quiet square with absolutely beautiful surroundings. Easily walking distance to outlying areas as well as the tourist-centric sites. We have really enjoyed our stay at Ca'Sant'Angelo. The location is perfect for starting by and coming back from a visiting day by feet, the vaporetto and the schuttle station to the airport are on the corner. The apartment was very clean, with a high ceiling, a view to the sant'angelo square which is very quiet at night. It was equiped with wasching machine, towels enougth, iron, etc.
The staff was absolutely available, flexible and very nice.

Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there.

The B&B was 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.
