  We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the superior room. The room is very big. It has two floors with bed n the second floor. The design is very stylish, the room and the hotel are very clean. The reception was very welcoming and the owner, Valerio, was very helpful. This was the best hotel during our stay in Italy. We recom - Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean, modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and helpful to all our needs, making suggestions which were very helpful. The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great wifi in the room. The hotel is just simply beautiful, modern but very comfortable

  You are quite free to have your own preferences in foods: facilities for cooking are great. You feel quite relaxed as you are in your home and the beautiful venice has come to you! We were two young couples - one with a four year old child - and the appartment made our trip really easy. Everything was adorable. - Dr.Sambo and his team made us feel welcome at home and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Venice without imposing.   All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view.   As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... The location of this hotel is exceptional! It was a two minute walk to St. Mark's square (once we got oriented) which allowed us to visi - Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. - Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

  Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!
