  We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. For travellers on a smaller budget this is great value for the money. The breakfast consists of sweet food stuffs, but that is what most Italians eat.   This was a fantastic place to stay and I would, without question, stay here again. The location is brilliant: a 7 minute walk to San Marco square and it is again a 7 minute walk to the vaporetto stops which connect you with all parts of Venice. The room was really lovely with a very comfortable bed and good quality pillows. There was a small sof... vad folk säger » a in the room and a little table which was perfect. The bathroom was a shared one but it was literally a door away. The bathroom had a bath and shower - The staff was so friendly and helpful, it felt like home to our Children instead of a hotel. The family room was large and comfortable, and it's a 5 minute walk to San Marco square. There is a grocery store, laundromat and many shops and restaurants located very close. We will recommend to all our friends with children.

  Laura was friendly and helpful and on our last day she kept our lugage all day as we had a late flight home. The breakfast was also very good and the location was the icing on the cake. - Very close to the major attraction, although not obvious to find, but not far from the ferry station.   Perfect location for us, on a romantic weekend :-) Very spacious, very well-equiped, very comfortable, very calm. Staff at the Relai Venezia, where you pick up the keys (next door), were very polite and helpful. Situated in a small courtyard with supermarket, pharmacy etc. just 50 yards away, and immediate access to shops, bars and restaurants of ... vad folk säger » all kinds. Have a good detailed map when you arrive, unless you get dropped off at the door by a water taxi. - The apartment with a view was fantastic, huge living room, bedroom and bathroom with an adequate kitchen. We had the option of staying in with a few bottles of prosecco a couple of nights because there was so much space. The staff were fantastic, directing us around Venice and giving a tips about how to beat the queues (bell tower after 6.30, fool doge's palace online).
