Absolutely everything!! The hotel is so bright and crisp. The bathroom
was spectacular with all the lovely marble and all the amenities;
slippers, bathrobes, lots of towels and anything you may have left a
home was already there. The breakfast was wonderful; anything you could

In 2 weeks traveling around Italy, this is the best, without a doubt.
The staff could not be faulted, rooms were modern and very clean,
breakfast was the best continental buffet, and for the older part of the
city, location was great. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro.
Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in
Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time.
ps. Skip Pompeii and go to Herculeum.

Arrival is surprising as there is no sign of a hotel from the street. Private entrance, rooms situated on 2nd floor makes it nicely private and cosy and original. Rooms in design style, very comfortable, spacious, clean. Team very nice, relaxed and helpful.

As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic. Located at the 2nd floor of an old palace 100m from incredible Toledo subway station. Piazza Plebiscito, the Harbour, Spaccanapoli..all just 5 min walk. Right at the border of Spanish quarter with its famous little restaurants.
Hotel is very clean (just opened) run as a family business. Enjoy a look down colorful Via Toledo from the small balcony at reception. Ideal for business and for tourism.

All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. Ilaria (I hope I have the name right - the English version of Hilary I think) was particularly helpful to us.

An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

The Hotel located on main street, with the university view, with noise insulated windows (it is very quite in the room). 5 minute walk from the metro station. Very close to the main sites of the old quarter.
10 minute walk from the marina Molo Bevellero.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the receptionist are kind and helpful. The breakfast diverse and plentiful.

It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place.
