  AC - Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

  Excellent customer service on check in, at breakfast and from housekeeping staff. We struggled to find the property on arrival, and were stood opposite looking a little lost when a guy emerged and asked us if we were looking for the B&B.   The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   We loved so many things about Al Redentore Di Venezia. Andrea the Manager was fabulous and could not have been more helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need in a self catering apartment.   I made a reservation in this hotel for my parents. It was their wedding anniversary and the hotel's owner welcomed them by giving them a bottle of wine as a present. El ser - the location of this hotel is not difficult to find, and it is near to the water bus stop, so it is very convienent. And with about 15mins walk we can reach Piazza S. Marco and a few mins to Rialto. The decoration of the room is venetian style, eye-catching. Breakfast is good as well. Staff is average helpful
