  A genuine historic hotel with style - It was like staying in a beautiful family home surrounded by lovely antique furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in a quiet square yet only a few minutes away from Il Duomo.

  Great apartments to spend a few days in Florence. Location could not be better (Duomo in just two minutes walk away). Design rooms favorably with ordinary hotel rooms. She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! It seems that every where we had stayed prior was a little small and cramped, but this room was so huge and spacious, it felt great to be able to stretch out and breathe!   The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation.   First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.   Location - The staff were very helpful. Our room was reasonable in size. Our rate did not include a breakfast but other hotels similarly priced did include a breakfast. It was a good location.

  Palazzo Alfani was perfect, a beautiful apartment with everything we needed, local hints and restaurant recommendations. We had a huge apartment, with separate bedroom with afresco ceiling, lovely shower and bathroom, and really well equipped kitchen and living area with enough basic essentials to get you started. The restaurants we were recommended were all top notch, just a shame we only had 4 days, we highly recommend. - we were there for 4 nights for my wife birthday and totally enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was great . Great location as it is very central and within walking distance to many tourists attraction. Right opposite to LE ACADEMIA , Francesca was wonderful and helpful in every way. we will strongly recommend Palazzo Alfani al David and we are already planning on our next trip to Florence and intend to stay there again

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.... vad folk säger » This hotel is very close to all attactions. We never needed a taxi once we arrived. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

  Great staff (Ariana, Francesca, another gentlement at the front dest and all breakfast staff). They went out of their way to help with everything we asked them. They were polite and extremely friendly. They made you feel important ...not just another guest/number. Staff dedication and local knowledge were amasing. Aria - Locatio, location, location!!! The staff is extremely helpful. The Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room with original painted on ceiling. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. The can help to make a reservation to all the galleries to skip the queue and it is cheaper than you can do it via internet, they just make a call to the galleries and give you
