We loved Andreas. He's the most organized, warm, friendly, patient manager I've met during our 10 day trip to Italy. He would have no problem managing upscale hotels like the Ritz. He responded immediately, from the moment we booked online. He always greets us by name and with a smile. This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. Breakfast was excellent with delectable choices. The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease. She is superb, well-organized and very friendly.
The variety of breakfast provided is more and better quality than other BnB we encounter. They even offered us to just eat or drink whatever during the afternoon and night!

The service from Daniel, tge manager, was the best experience in a lifetime of travel. He treated us like family.
The balcony overlooking the gondolas was classic. I highly recommend this and consider the price to be a great value in the context of an expensive city.
