  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. The room looked just like the photo on the website and

  The suite was large and very comfortable. Excellent view over St Mark's Square. The location was very handy to St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace as well as to the shops and restaurants.   excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

  This is a wonderful small hotel. We had a fantastic room with view of San Marco. Very luxurious decor, and really nice staff. Highly recommendable! (Didn't try the breakfast) - Excellent room, clean and elegant. Very friendly
