  We let them know we were gluten free, and they had a special basket of breakfast goodies for us every day, in addition to their excellent selection of meats and cheeses. We also liked that we drop off the key whenever we leave the hotel. Very close to San Marco square, beautiful view out to the Grand Canal from the room where we ate breakfas - Everything was great. Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal). Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

  The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

  The location is superb. Quiet square with absolutely beautiful surroundings. Easily walking distance to outlying areas as well as the tourist-centric sites. The breakfast was nicely presented and the location was just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square and only a couple of minutes from the Vaporetta.

  Were able to sleep 5 in one room for the night, very affordable, in the heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage through the streets from the stop, and over 2 canals, but was worth it in the end for the location.   The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
