  Fantastic location at 5' walk from Piaza San Marco but in a quiet street with (at least for 2 of the 3 available rooms) a view on one of the hundreds of canals. Everything almost brand new, modern, very clean and in very good condition. Airco in the room. The kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned every day and the rooms every fe - Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful. Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square. Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up

  Our trip to Venice was very enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to our accommodation at Corte 1321. The lady working at the time, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, was very warm and welcoming. She came out to the courtyard to greet us when we arrived - and had even waited until late evening for us to arrive after some train delays. She was ver... vad folk säger » y helpful - got a map out straight away and explained where we were situated and how to get to places that we might be interested in. We felt very com - We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
