  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal.   the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
