Building was quiet. Able to sleep without interruptions. And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. Easy to get in touch with to organize our venue to Roma. Room was recently furnished and very clean with a tiny bacony where you can see a bit of the Coliseum. I do recommend this place in a old bulding of Roma but very charming with a Virgen picture welcoming you inside the building. Very good stay and for ... vad folk säger » a good value ! Thanks - Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

  Evreything was just perfect, I am very happy with my choice.We stayed in the double bedroom apartment.The position is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the subway station, also a very good start for a tour of the ancient attractions of Rome as many touristical objectives are walking distance.The apartment was great, big and spacious... vad folk säger » , 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, bathroom and kitchen, very clean, being cleaned every day and also laying on a quite quiet street in the noisy center of R - We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

  Small boutique hotel with Italian Renaissance decor. Updated bathrooms, though small by American standards, had many unique features not usually seen in hotels in the usa. The owner, Roberto, is professional and takes great pride in the attention to the details of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very near top attractions and local cafés. I ... vad folk säger » have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 years, and appreciate the unique and lush appearance of the hotel, but if you are into large spaces and cont - Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

  First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. We stayed for 6 nightsand seven days, and the hotel/BandB staff made sure that we werecomfortable at all times. After exhausting days in Rome, we weredelighted to come back to a haven of rest and relaxation at 1 Via DeiValeri. Our room, bed, bathroom, tv, etc. were all amazing. Stay hereand you will surely be pleased by all it has to offer.
