  I was welcomed by a lovely brother and sister who ran the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access.   It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

  Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

  The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.   it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars... vad folk säger » Hotel.People reallly hospitable . - Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it. i would thoroughly recommend it!

  Everything was awesome. The owner, Massimo is a great person! was very helpful and kind.. Location is 5min. to Termini station and very close to Trevi,Collesseo and all other central places. Price is not much. It worths.
