  Location was amazing ! Right near the tube station which is easy to get to everywhere ! - The location is very close to the roma termini station and a metro station. They provide typical and simple breakfast, a cup of coffee and a croissant. The staff is friendly and easy-going.

  Comfy bed and great location - what more do you want from a city break? Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. Breakfast was simple but delicious, it consisted of a variety of cereals, croissants and Danish pastries, Melba... vad folk säger » toast, bread rolls, cheese and a range of jams. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel. If you want a good breakfast then you will be disappointed , there is no choice really but the coffee is good. The room is very clean and minimalist , tiny but recent bathro

  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Great location, 20 min walk and you are in the heart of the main attractions. Lovely area, and beautiful croissants and coffee provided at the cafe around the corner. The staff are very helpful. Also recommend a meal at Restaurante Da Vincenzo one street over towards the city centre where we experienced our best meal in Italy!

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff - a great welcome and a genuine desire to be helpful. Clean, nice en-suite room of a much better quality than the reasonable price might suggest.   The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and the city bus stops right in front of the door. There is a grocery shop opposite the hostel and a few places to have a good meal. The room was located on the 5th floor. Thus we enjoyed the peace and quiet during our stay. Although the room came with shared bathroom... vad folk säger » , only 2 rooms in the units shared the bathroom. Thus it is almost like your personal toilet. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean. Overall, - excellent combination of price and quality. it's not like the hotel in the classic sense. rather, bed and Breakfast. the hotel offers three rooms for guests. the hostess, an elderly Italian, lives there. speaks only Italian, English communicates her son.
