  B&B's location is perfect, close to everywhere. With or without public transportation, you can reach Rome's all attractions in 5-20 min. It's located in safe,elite and quite neighbourhood so you can walk in nearby streets even aftermidnight and keep sleeping around 9-10:00 am without traffic noise.   Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc.. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms.   We enjoyed our stay in this friendly B&B with excellent location just across from the side entrance to the Vatican. Bus 64 also took you to Termini passing by the main stops to touristic areas for only €1.50 a 100 minute bus/train ticket. They also recommended a restaurant accross the street with excellent - The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Thwy were also flexible with me letting me leave my bags before an after checking out. His vast knowledge of Rome, flawless advice, attention to detail and his personal interest in ensuring our stay was perfect made this our best vacation in Europe yet.   Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
