  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena.   Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored.
