  AC - Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

  Position is great, accomodation was perfectly ok, value for money was pretty good considering it is Venice. Internet connection was fine, timed out a few times but disconnecting and reconnecting sorted it out. - Apartment very nice and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the square.   Allt! Personalen är jättetrevlig, hotellet är litet och ligger trevligt där några rum vetter åt en liten kanal och några mot en öppen plats vilket ger dagsljus in i rummen. Vårt rum, som vette åt båda hållen, var både rymligt och häftigt inrett. Inget rum är det andra likt - vilket vi gillar.   Fabulously over the top decor. Lovely rooms. Some rooms with a small balcony on the canal side or with a canal view. Another has a balcony over the courtyard garden. Superb location (NOT in the middle of the most dense tourist areas). A must-see is the "Campo Santa Margherita" square about ten minutes pleasant walk away. This square has some lovely excellent and excellent val - This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. Breakfast was excellent with delectable choices. The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease.
