I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. On my wife's birthday, they spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was a nice personal touch.The hote - I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time. -the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes - the location was excellent - that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

  Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine. We liked the hotel very much.

Fräscht badrum, helkaklat och med duschkabin. - Vi bodde i en lägenhet i hotellets annex. Relativt välutrustat kök vilket passar en barnfamilj.   Location was excellent . Our room had a canal view which was unique. Noisy if windows open but new windows shut out the noise. Very clean and looked like the picture. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Location fantastic. Couldn't hear others in the hotel even though it was full. Great value for money for Europe and Venice. Ea - Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

  We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious.   Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. Moreover, I joined Venicemarathon, then they instructed me water bus time table and station map. And we were informed legal time change timing. It helped us a lot be... vad folk säger » cause next day was Marathon and we had to get to bus stop at 6:50 am. Finally on departure day, we were very surprised. They left us my marathon recor - This place was wonderful! We stayed in a little apartment right across from the B&B, which meant we had no wi-fi, but it was very comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The location was a 5-10 minute walk away from Saint Marks Square, it was perfect, quiet and right around the corner from a grocery store.
