  Excellent Location - Easy to find, good central location. The Hotel Staff were very proficient. Room and bathroom ( showers rather smallish ) was large by comparison to others in Italy

  The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there. It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

  Good car park once you've squeezed your car through the gates! Some way outside the centre of Genoa, it was a short walk to the bus stop (No 14) which takes you into the centre of Genoa.   We are 3 students traveling trough Italy by car and we just had the best time in Genova at the La Briosa Nicole. The hotel is located pretty much in the center, everything important was reachable in walking distance. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished, very clean and more than we expected for this price category.   The staff were really really great!!! They allowed us to store our bags with them for 3 days while we travelled to the Cinque Terre. They were really helpful in advising us things to do in Genoa and places to go for dinner (the rec for Soho was great! Probably the best meal we had!) It's a typical European room (i.e., small bedroom, small bathroom... vad folk säger » ), but it had AC (which was necessary) and the hotel is in a great location, only a minute to Via Garibaldi and 5 or so mins to Piazza de Ferrari and - The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

  The room/door is vry confortable, I walk wth roolator(chair).the staff very kind. The hotel behind the train/bus and the old city - location price (as for Genova standards) breakfast was OK (as an Italian breakfast) Wifi in the room (reasonably fast)

  We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 children, aged 2 and 4 and our small dog. The hosts were fantastic. We are travelling for a year and have a lot of luggage in our car and a roof box that doesn't lock - the owner called around for us until he found a private garage nearby where we could safely park our car. Sensational exposed walls in the bedrooms from the 1500's. Great combination of modern and ancient in the B&B and in town. Good restaurants literally metres from the door. B&B was quiet, peaceful, fully equipped and gratefully has a lift. Host was extremely helpful and takes pride in her home. Great experience

  Clean, friendly family run hotel. Good location near beach and lots of great restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast. We had an apartment, which was quite comfortable. Our daughter and son in law had a large room with a balcony in the main hotel, which was very nice. - Good views. Cooking facilities. Close to bus stop.
