Lungt läge trots att det vara nära till centrum - The location and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly despite the large language barrier (ignorance on our part not theirs). The check in times were useful also. A memorable and pleasant stay for both of us. - the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful

Cosy room, clean bathroom, good working wi-fi, nobody disturbed us, we've got a feeling that we are stay in house of our friend=)
A great advantage of this hotel is possibility to chek-in in the morning.
Ghonatan,which works there, was very polite and pleasant man.
I think for this price it's a very very good hotel. I would like to stay there for the next time.

I liked La Residenza di Michelangelo because it`s really clean - they really keep high standards regarding room maintenance! Extremely clean and modern rooms, great staff, good location. Room came
with fridge (although it wasn't very cold), hair dryer, shower
essentials and coffee, tea, small packaged pastries, etc. La Residenza
just opened last September and it shows--everything smells new! Some
more tips for travelers: Angela and her staff are only there during
limited hours but we didn't have any special needs. There is also an
elevator to the 2nd floor for those with big luggage. Oh, and water

The self-catering apartment is very nice and comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (little kitchen, dvd player etc.). It's situated in a little courtyard, therefore quiet and away from the road. Especially for a stay of several days it's very recommendable. -

The location was great. Just far enough from the city center to be quiet at night. Only a 25 minute walk to the train station. A kitchen was great to have especially with kids. Novella House is renovated 1800s apartment house with original frescos on the ceilings. It is impossible to roll your luggage into the hotel but fortunately the owner took our bags up into the room (there is a small lift). Our room was spacious with a decent bed; there was a sitting area for tea and coffee, but the bathroom was so tiny, it had a foldaway shower. The room itself is quiet but outside the window you have the typical Italian street noise, maybe more so as there is a boarding house

We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.
