Our Guelfo apartment was so well located - handy to everything with lovely little restaurants nearby. Just around the corner from the Lorenzo Markets (make sure you bargain if you are buying leather - especially jackets), and 10 mins walk to the Duomo and around 20 mins walk to the Vecchio Bridge. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the Agency who looked after them communicated well with us and walked us to the apartment just a short distance away.
alla recensioner » This hotel is in a great location surrounded with plenty of little shops, restaurants, and bars. Within walking distance to all the major attractions and the restaurant next to the check-in point is absolutely amazing!. Close to vibrant market place in the piazza San Lorenzo. Walking distance to il duomo & wonderful shops. Also a not to bad location for access to transport via main station & beautiful piazzas & museums. Located right across the Mercato, restaurants and flea market shopping was just down our street. Minibar prices were very reasonable, and convenient. Nice new bathroom with strong heat lamp. very friendly and helpful assistance from the office location was sensational very spacious quiet everything we needed supplied would recommend and use this apartment again. The staff was very friendly, location is good, although in quite a busy market place but in the very centre, near Duomo. Well-equipped kitchen, clean, with Wi-Fi. The staff was very friedpndly and understanding of our need to leave and check out at an hour. Great Location close underground pay parking Air Conditioning Washer. proximity to everything. The location is good. good location. close to the city centre. Restaurants 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Staff who showed us the rooms was friendly. Hard to locate the place from train station. Did not get the attachments on directions that Jean emailed. Apt. had coffee maker but no coffee/tea packets.Has washer but no dryer. No elevator, heavy luggage was a struggle in narrow stairs. stairs are a major challenge with luggage but we managed very well. tv wasn't operational- would have been good to get the news. The apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift, no washing-machine. floor was sticky, which gave an otherwise acceptable facility an "unclean" feeling. Located in a very shady area, feels unsafe. Very old building, musty smell in the apartment. Windows not good enough to filter street noise. So bad sleep quality.
