Very clean that you could smell like fresh laundry once you enter the premises. Very accessible as well to shopping area and Duomo. Staff are very friendly.
Tiles in bathroom are quite old.
A Teatro is a really nice bed & breakfast located in one of the most beautiful area of Florence, next to Piazza Santa Croce that is a marvellous place. Rooms and services are really good and and clean and also the host is really friendly taking care of all your need
unfortunately the B&B is located in one of the areas of the Florence nightlife: noise and tousands of young people shouting until 4 o'clock AM, at least on Friday's and Saturday's night. In case bring with you a pair of ear caps

Staff was excellent; breakfast very robust; just steps from Piazza della Signoria; plenty restaurants and bars nearby; We were able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
This is in a pretty active nightlife location and it was a little noise until 2-3am....but it was OK...we got to bed pretty late as well.. Wi fi was a litle weak but we worked it out.
Helpful friendly staff. A very welcoming, cosy feeling. I really enjoyed staying in the old, romantic charming part of Florence.

Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great. WiFi is working perfectly.
B&B is in the center, it can be pretty loud, consider that.
The location is excellente and in spite of the obvious antique building, the hotel was charmous and specially clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the girl who arrange us the breakfast.
It`s a shame that it didn`t had computer facilities for the guests. Anyway if you travel with a wifi device you`ll have no trouble. The noise isolation was not very good.

try to book a room on the back of the building, the street noise at night is loud from street partying and the recycling truck empties the bins before it gets light
