  We were on our honeymoon and had booked a junior suite, but unfortunately there was a family in next room keeping noise, so we asked for another room, so got a free upgrade to suite on the roof of the house. Really liked that a lot, and Maurulio (??) was very helpful when we told about "the problem". The terrace on the roof was awesome.   At first-extremely friendly, hospital and helpful staff and both of them spoke excellent English. Great location-in the very centre of Catania, not far from Duomo and very close to via Etnea-street of shopping. Hotel located in very nice historic building. Everywhere was very clean incl bathroom and toilet. Reception works not 24h, but you get acc... vad folk säger » es with your own keys and it makes you independent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Catania and feel real hospitality of - The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))
