Agriturismo Vessus is very close to Alghero, just 2 minutes by car to the city border and about 4 minutes to the old city. The room design and equipment was very authentic sardinian and up to date. Very nice place and very welcoming and helpful owner and staff. The place is a little bit outside Alghero but still possible to walk there if really necessary. The room was very good, clean, comfortable and sunny. Great swimming pool. I enjoyed our stay in Agriturismo Vessus very much. The environment, the owner, olive trees around the place and dogs and cats made our short stay in Alghero very pleasant.

Det är andra gången jag och min väninna besöker Alghero och hotell La Playa, och det var precis lika mysigt som tidigare. Vi hade halvpension och maten är väldigt bra, läget är perfekt och personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Det är ett enklare hotell, men känslan är som att komma hem till en familj. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. -

Bus runs to old town €1. Hope you have better luck to get the times right every 40 mins?
Best meal was had in the Hotel at the best price! Choice may not suit everybody.

The big plus ,staff in all areas were all very polite and helpful. -
The staff were very friendly, and helpful especially the ladies at the reception and the bar tender Pedros. The sea view on the balcony was most relaxing, as was the swimming pool. Although the machines in the gym are not modern, i found it most fulfilling to have a workout there. The breakfast was superbly presented buffet style! Keep it up!

The staff were very helpful, although they did not speak any English they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

Seriously, the nicest and most helpful hotel personnel I've experienced for a long time. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The hotel is right on the waterfront, with a small stone swimming and sunbathing area around 40 meters away, and the walk into the historic town centre is about 5 minutes. The sandy beaches in Alghero are on the other side of town - a little under half an hour's walk, but the hotel does rent out bicycles to make things easier. They also lent us beach towels free

The hotel was fine. Very busy in the holidays. The free wifi as advertised did not work at all and they didn't particularly seem to care. Breakfast was good. beds were comfortable. we walked into the old town which was fine - Ciao!
