  Reasonable choice for an early flight. It took me less than half an hour to walk to the airport and this small trip saved me a lot of money. The owner speaks fluent English (this is not common in Italy!) and ready to give all necessary information.

  The price was extremely reasonable, especially after two nights in San Marco. We had an early morning flight from the airport so wanted to move out of the San Marco area the evening before our flight. Bella Onda was minutes from the airport. There is no staff on site but there was a intercom at the front door so that we could contact them as soon ... vad folk säger » as we arrived. They were very helpful getting us settled into our rooms. Breakfast things were available in the room so that we could eat even though - Our mroom in this B&B was completely self-contained. We arrived late on a flight into Venice airport, and we were met at the terminal, and it was only about a five minute trip to the Bella Onda B&B. We were shown to the room, which was large with one bed, and a table set for our breakfast. There was an adjacent kitchen with cold items in the refrigerator (butter, cheese, yogurt) and tea/coffee making facilities. We enjoyed being able to take breakfast without having to leave our room.   staff were delightful - so welcoming and friendly Warm, family atmosphere location near Marco Polo Clean and big room cheap bar! Breakfast was basic but more than adequate will definately stay there again - Perfect to relax and get organized after tromping around Venice. Fantastic staff. Close to airport, no worries to catch a flight.

The service staff was also absolutely friendly amd helpful too. Nice breakfast and excellent Italian Cappuccino in the morning. Driving to Venice around 12 minutes by bus.   Locando al Convento is quintessential Italy!! It was so beautiful nestled in the countryside. I loved the chickens, goats, cats etc... on the grounds. So peaceful after traveling a bunch.   A truly excellent hotel, located within close proximity to local train serving Venice. Both our children enjoyed the stay, with plenty to do and keep them occupied.
