  The was a very small hotel with a homey atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location because it was off the beaten path and we had to actually walk and see other things to get places. If you don't like to walk you can always take a water taxi. The rooms were nice, clean and you get served a nice complementary brea... vad folk säger » kfast each morning. Very affordable as well! - The hotel was located in a quiet area of Venice with local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Small, compact and very friendly - it was perfect! Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with fruit juice, breads and pastries, jams, marmalade, honey and cereals. This small hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

  Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight ... vad folk säger » and checked us in. Overall very good stay - Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this

  Location, location, location. No luggage, walk from plle Roma or train station. Got luggage, take a water bus or come straight from the airport by water bus. All stops are close by. My wife and I stayed at B&B Aquavenice after a recent cruise (MSC Divina). Let me tell you, the cruise line can learn a few things about hospitality from this B&am... vad folk säger » p;B. Maria Teresa (one of two sisters who operate the B&B) was so warm and welcoming. The décor was "so Venice", warm and charming. The entire fac - This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful. Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if you take the Vaporetta to S. Marcuola (the Casino stop) You just walk through to the main street then left and watch for the numbers. There is a small brass plate with the name. Depending on your room the wireless might be

  Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice. There is a vaporetta stop within 5 mins walk and it is just 20 mins walk to Sa - helpful and friendly staff who made sure he explained everything about the city and how we could get to a designer outlet we asked for (Noventa di Piave). clean room, simple breakfast - croissant was very nice. There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . In the morning made Breakfast pastries... vad folk säger » , jams, bread, wonderful coffee!!! Bath with a new bathroom. Because this apartment , resort tax do not pay. I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.
