  Very nice and quiet hotel in Mogliano Veneto, close to the train station (only 10-15 minutes to Venezia Santa Lucia; train ticket costs 1,80 euro).   Our stay was great! Stefano the manager of the hotel was wonderful! Hewas extremely helpful and friendly! The room was very comfortable andclean, breakfast was plentiful and served in a pleasant room with apatio. But again the best feature of this hotel is its staff. Much to see and much to do from this hotel. Having a car would make the visit easy to enjoy. - Very nice Villa if you need spend a night before your flight. Only 25-30 minutes to the airport. Reseptionists were very nice. They gave us even coffe and juce at 5:30 in the moning. But if you don't have a car it would be a problem with transportation ( except taxi).

They were very friendly, efficient and had good command of English.
