This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were made feel very welcome on arrival. Room was spotless and very spacious considering we had a double and two single beds.Kids were very welcome. It was better than some hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was fab and nothing was too much trouble. I even got to bring a coffee to the sitting ro

Beautiful accommodation expertly furnished to the highest standards to
allow a very cosy and homely environment. Perfect location to explore
the Ring of Kerry from. All facilities as described, if not more! The
bit I love most about this place is its host Jackie who is very friendly
and welcoming! She made us feel at home even before we arrived and took
the trouble to make sure we find the place and even drove out to guide
us to it! I will definitely return and have no reservations to recommend

Everything. This B&B was one of the best (if not the best actually) I've ever stayed in! Loved every bit of our short stay. Christy was very helpful and we felt very welcome in their lovely home. It is greatly situated to explore this part of the world. A nice pub is just down the road - with a great outside terrace overlooking the sea.
I would always come back to Seaside B&B when in the greater area - thanks a lot!

We would definitely recommend this b&b. Obviously Killarney is awash with hotels and similar establishments, but this one was top notch. Very friendly accommadating staff.
Very close to town centre.
My twin room was spacious, and although the shower room was small it had a very good power shower.
Part of our group were expecting a triple room but were given a huge sized quad room with very spacious bathroom.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice...fruit juice,cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and then a full Irish breakfast.
I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was beautiful as was the house, placed in the side of the river overlooking the mountains. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless. We stayed at this comfortable and charming guesthouse in May. We had a wonderful time. Delia and Fergus (and all the staff) were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was well furnished and maintained, The river Laune flows right past the guesthouse. An idyllic setting.
Breakfast was delicious - especially the home made bread.
We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing time in the area.

My group also stayed at Dromoland Castle and we all agreed that our stay at Ballygarry House was more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable.The price was reasonable. The staff from check in to check out were most gracious and professional. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. The quality of service and hospitality was second to none. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay in Kenmare. Fresh towels every day, turn down service, bathrobes and slippers and very large bed. The guest accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We stayed in the family room and it was the perfect getaway. The children loved playing on the beach close by, sat in the living room and played chess and even threw the baseball in the front yard area. We would definatly stay again! -

The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The staff are wonderfully friendly and well trained. The food is top class and we particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast. Unbeatable for comfort and charm. Don't miss the falconry.

The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs.
The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless.
The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids.

Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing.
