  The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... - The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint! All thestaff were outstanding from reception to the bar , to the room serviceand spa alike! Truely 5star

  The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay.   The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well.   I loved the attention to detail in providing you all the comforts of home. Apart from obvious things like kettle and tv, they have tea, coffe, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels, full kitchen with dishwasher! washing machine, DVD player, soap and shampoo. Complex feels new and looks clean, beds and couches were nice and comfortable. Location is great as well, we did - The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs. The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless. The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids. The pool - the joy of staying

  I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated.   Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular.
