Staff: very friendly & helpful -- called for taxis and gave us information on the area.
Had a triple room which was spacious with high ceilings and a bay window -- very charming. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar.

Donnybrook location is great -- bus stop a block away, and only 10 minutes north you're downtown, 10 minutes sout - Everything was fantastic, the staff went over and beyond what they were required to do. I was very impressed and left with a fabulous well cared for feeling. You have a great place, very comfortable beds and quiet location. The buses were very easy to get also and handy with all the conveniences over the road. Thanks for a 5* experience. I will definitely be recommending it to others. :)

Excellant and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. They even had new glossy magazines to read which was brilliant. Lovely warm atmosphere in hotel. As my mother lived close by I asked Nuala, the proprietor, whether my mother could join me for breakfast on the first morning. Not only was my mother made welcome but Nuala also provided a complementary breakfast for my sister, who had just flown in from Miami that morning!

The Staff were really friendly and they try to do anything to make you feel like you were at home. The Food at the restaurant was lovely and the environment was relaxing. We are extremely happy with the room quality and We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everybody who wishes stay in it.

Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient.
