3 min from durty nellies in Bunratty.15 Minute drive to the airport.This was our last night stay on our visit to Ireland and chose this B&B for a couple reasons,its close location to Shannon Airport and the reviews it received on trip advisor.On our last full day we drove from Killarney,dropped off our bags with the Lovely hostess and proceded on to the Cliffs of Moher.We stopped in Ennis on the way back.Its a great spot.Very clean and quiet.P.S.Breakfast was delicious.
alla recensioner » After a long day of driving, our host, with her cheery disposition, made us feel as if we arrived home! Very personable, warm and friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious and better than any we had in top notch restaurants. The fact that this B&B is close to the airport made for a stressfree departure in the am. Our hostess, Mary, was so warm and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable, and everything you could need was already there. Wi-fi, television, toiletries. Mary made the most amazing breakfasts each morning, even when we needed to leave very early to go to the airport, which is only 15 minutes away. The host was fantastic- personable and friendly without being over board. She greeted us somewhat late (after 8 pm) and settled us directly in. It was a great value especially when including the full /hot breakfast. She also went the extra mile to get my cell phone returned to me after I left it. Mary, the hostess proprietor at Gallow's View, is an excellent hostess and cook. She and her husband are friendly and knowledgeable regarding the Bunratty area. Gallow's View is in a quiet location near the castle and Shannon airport. Mary's cheerful presence set us at ease right from the start. Room was very comfortable and breakfast to order was delicious! Close proximity to Shannon Aurport was very helpful for our travel day. Highly recommend this b&b !. I liked our hostess, Mary, who was a total delight. The facilities were clean, cheerful, and the full Irish breakfast was delicious. This is a B & B near the Shannon Air Port and the entire visit was special. 5 stars!. We initially booked our first 2 nights here, convenient to Shannon airport. Mary Mckennagh sixmilebridge rd to Ennis from Bunratty we changed our last night in Ireland to stay with Mary again. The room was lovely with a balcony and was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and Mary couldn't do enough for you. A very pleasant stay even if it was only for one night. Mary was very helpful in every respect. I found my family in Glennamaddy with her encouragement. Great breakfast as well. Thanks again. The Sharp/Glynns. Mary was wonderful. The B&B is very clean and comfortable. Beautiful !!. There was no sparing on the breakfast and the host was very friendly. My daughter is fussy eater and her needs were catered for. I liked everything. Some of the bathrooms seemed like they could use a re-design to a more updated look. Some of the toiletries are left over from previous guests,,,,,frugal but a bit icky from my opinion. Our room was small, but had a beautiful balcony and garden view. Nothing, everything was great. Could hear people in the next room more than expected. You can hear other guests talking, moving around when in your room. Some guests were in considerate, not the owners fault. Nothing. Would have liked bigger rooms. Nothing,only leaving!!!!. There was no hot water in the shower or bathtub. There was no way to keep the water in the bathtub either.
