Enjoyed my stay in Santika. It was smooth n staff were friendly. Hotel breakfast spread is good and room is clean. Room was upgraded too, n would certainly recommend for staying there.

so far no problem with me staying there.

I like the variety of food, good ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and staff friendliness.

Bad view, bedding preferences that not suited with my order, hot water that was difficult to setup, and bathroom floor that was so slippery.

Great breakfast,various menus,from international to indonesian.Provide shuttle service to the airport with a reasonable price.

Becak's fare from the hotel quite expensive as they charge me for rp 30 thousand (they asked for 40) for a ride to malioboro while in the morning before I only paid for rp 10 thousand for becak from outside the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet, spacious and comfortable guest rooms.

The enamel of the bathtub was a bit broken.

The location is close to the town and some of the main attraction like Kraton and Malioboro Road. The staff was attentive and service was good.

the shower not fuctioned in room 233 especially for hot water, so sad...

1. In general the hotel can be considered as nicely designed. Although the rooms are a bit old, especially the bathroom was a bit dissapointing. It clearly needs renewal. 2. The lobby was well decorated, with a good ambiance.

1. Clearly the price does not match the quality of the hotel. 2. The temperature of the airconditioning could not be changed in the room. It tended to be quit warm in the nights.

the breakfast buffet is full of variety foods the staffs are friendly

the spa room is too small and noisy the sauna room is uncomfortable, less maintenance

It is very difficult to like Santika Hotel after the experienced the unclean hotel rooms at Santika Hotel. Housekeeping staff that assist me to find a cleaner room is hospitable and helpful. After I wrote a complaint form to letsbookhotel.com; The hotel upgraded us to a better room.

I realized that Santika Hotel is an old hotel, but for a 4 Star rated hotel, it does not deserve the stars. The cleanliness of the hotel is very very poor. 1.Bathroom grouts are "Black" it is disgusting. I don't want to touch the tabs, it is filthy dirty. 2.The anti slip of the bathtub is blackish brownish it is full of mold, "it is disgusting" 3.The shower curtains are sticking because it is not clean. 4.Bedroom floor is dusty and full of hair 5.Mosquitoes in the bedroom.
