  + the buffet breakfast was excellent + the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very satisfactory + the room size was just nice and comfortable though a bit compact + the hotel's environment... very cosy - I like the environment and staffs really good in order to provide information to the inhouse guests.

  The hotel have a great room. Very spacious, clean and modern. Attach to the mall, easy if you need something to buy or just want to do window shopping. All staff were very polite and excellent. - The staff were excellent and really helped us when my husband fell ill.

  The facilities were great. You can find delicious local and international foods in the hotel with almost reasonable prices. The swimming pool is fantastic especially with amazing view of city and a little bit sea in noon or sunset!   The staff at Benteng Hotel are wonderful! They were friendly, helpful and generous during my stay, and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect for Bukittinggi town and the view from the balcony is beautiful. My stay was excellent and I will be visiting again soon. - Nice design and value for budget hotel.
