Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. It had a wall-to-wall couch at one end and a writing desk. Bathroom was also big. It had a separate tub and rain shower. Free wifi access anywhere in the hotel was a big plus. Se

transfer but they rectify it by arranging a free shuttle to our second
hotel in Jakarta.High quality of services (we tried the laundry it was

Great location, very close to Tunjungan plaza (2 mins walk). There is also a big supermarket with foodcourt very nearby. TV have quite a good selection of channels. -
No complaints about the room size with the amount paid. I have no problems with a windowless room either as I don't care about the traffic noise.

The room was ok. Great location near to Sumareccon Mall. WIFI in room excellent.
Hotel's food are 7/10. Mushroom Foam soup, Salmon & creamy lobster is a must try.
Appetizer creamy chicken on mushroom not bad also.
Satay, local delicacies are good except fried rices are ok only. -
