  The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel.   This is always the choice of stay whenever my family and I were to visit Tanjung Pinang. Its far off from the harbour thus less noisy esp during the wkends. A laid back kind of hotel.always choose the bungalow with pool view.easy access to the lobby and obviously the pool and gym.   The resort is nice, one hour from the ferry but you can see nice beaches and nature during the trip. The resort has everything you need, always smiling and helpful staff, great food, nice spa and compare to other hotels in Bintan, reasonable priced.   The room was spacious, and we loved being right on the beach front. Free wifi in the communal area was a bonus we didnt expect.
