  First and foremost, the staff is absolutely amazing. The Chandi is quite small, with 17 private villas, resulting in staff that's on a first name basis with all the guests, delivering fantastic service.   Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We had a family room at the top with a large double and a single bed. A good sized balcony overlooking gardens and pool is a must!!!   The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age.   Asked for a sea view room and got the most amazing view overlooking both pool and the beach - well worth the extra cost. Room is clean with a lovely big veranda. Loved the restaurant right on the beach, loved the pool right on the beach - only 10-15 minute walk from town [quicker along beach, but a small rocky outcrop to walk over].   We loved everything about Qunci Villas! It was a beautiful resort with stunning views, manicured gardens, plenty of variety for eating / drinking and very attentive staff. We kept taking photos because the views were outstanding- at breakfast, afternoons and particularly at sunset. The resort was very luxurious for the price -even the basic rooms ... vad folk säger » had lovely outside showers and the staff were able organise everything we wanted from earplugs, to clothes- airers to private transport for sightseein - Our stay in Qunci Villas was absolutely fantastic. The service from every member of staff was faultless, they read your mind. As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, good value for money & a beautiful view of the ocean.

  The staff are friendly and helpful, even though I i arrived at about 11pm. Overall atmosphere of hotel is great for relaxation and carefree holiday by the beach. The lush greenery, beautiful beach and waves, and cool breezes makes a meal highly enjoyable in any of the restaurants. Interestingly, the coffee served during breakfast has an interesting mild aftertaste when drunk plain, without milk or sugar. - Staff customer service exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was vast and of a very high quality. Guests common facilities (gardens, pool, restaurants) are impeccable. Staff really care about the guest, is genuine. They are not just doing their job but struggle to make you feel comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and go again if I have the opportunity.

  Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. - Location is nice, right on the beach.
